Notes

Instructions
Bottle Cozy
Start the base:

Rnd 20: Repeat Rnd 19.
Rnd 21: Ch 3 (counts as turning chain only), dc in first 3 sts, ch 2, sc in next ch-7 space 2 rounds below, (ch 5, sc in next ch-7 space 2 rounds below) twice, ch 2, dc in next 7 sts, ch 2, sc in next ch-7 sp of Rnd 19, repeat between ( ) again, ch 2, dc in last 4 sts; join – 14 dc, 6 sc, 4 ch-5 spaces, 4 ch-2 spaces.
Rnd 22–25: Follow the same alternating lace and solid pattern as written, ending Rnd 25 with 18 sc and 6 ch-5 spaces.
Rnds 26–33: Repeat Rnds 18–25.
Rnds 34–35: Repeat Rnd 18 twice.
Rnd 36: Ch 1, work 1 sc in each sc and 5 sc in each ch-5 space; join – 48 sc.
Rnds 37–38: Ch 1, sc in each st around; join and fasten off.

Strap
With the right side facing, attach yarn above one of the solid 7-st columns on the cozy’s side.
Row 1: Ch 2, hdc in same st and next 6 sts.
Row 2: Ch 2, turn, hdc in each st across (7 hdc).
Repeat Row 2 until strap measures about 25 in. (63.5 cm) or your desired length.
Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Sew the strap’s end directly across from where you started, aligning with the opposite 7-st column.
